Wood, traces of polychroming
A finely detailed wooden prabhavali with traces of original polychroming. The central coiled five hooded naga is flanked by rosettes on either side and enclosed by patterned geometric bands. These decorative bands emerge from the mouths of a pair of yalis with elephant heads. At the top is a kirtimukha or face of glory.
